Estonia is the farthest north of the three Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). It's a small country with a rich history--one of which I have known because my grandparents came from there. Not only was my summer of 2012 the first in which everyone around me could actually pronounce my last name properly, it was one of great visual discovery. Sometimes to truly find yourself, you have to dig into your own roots.
