There's plenty of the white stuff around and it makes an excellent canvas for art. Pictures should primarily be snow scenes, or depict snow as the primary focus. So a close up of a robin with little snow showing would probably not be approved, however a wider shot with the robin in snow would. Snowflakes are a definate yes.
