I have worked with recovering (substance abuse, physical trauma, families in crisis).. people from children to seniors for 18 years. What I have found is that people who suffer from many types of afflictions are usually very talented and many that make it through the other side have now found that through their art they can express that talent as well as inspire others. When we express ourselves and share our experience, strengths and hopes with others, we give hope and many times courage to someone who for the first time relates. Please feel free to add your art and I will also make sure I add your art to all of my other sites and blogs. I have worked with other groups for years and it helps all of us working together.
